A 6-month program, individually tailored, that is simple and easy to roll out in any organisation regardless of industry, team size or experience. This program will build the foundations of culture within your organisation, because we are committed to ensure that our SME business sector grows and propers in this industrialised world.

This program is tailored to suit each individual client, because culture is something that should look different in every organisation. The key to our program is that we get buy in from every level of the business. Without this buy in from both management and staff, the program will not be effective.
Phase 1
Cultural Review & Senior Leadership 'buy-in' sessions
Phase 2
Introductory session with all staff and management teams to introduce the mechanics of culture, the program. This is where we achieve the buy in for the staff members, giving them the voice to guide what they would like to see from this Culture Carriers program.
In this phase we will provide the cultural survey, program set up and ensure communication to all levels of the business of the Culture Carriers program.
Phase 3
Monthly mentoring and coaching of all team members on Culture and its importance in the workplace. E&C work alongside a nominated Cultural Leader within the organisation, with the aim to hand over the Culture Program reigns after month 6.
