About the institute

At Elephant & Co we offer a range of professional training and business coaching programs, which can be customised to suit your development needs. These programs can be for the individual business professional or for organisations of any size, be that multi-nationals, educational establishments, financial institutions or government branches.

In early 2018 The Boardroom Institute will be looking at offering courses that provide coaching and development in the following areas:

- Team building
- Communication
- Sales
- Change management
- Any other strategic and organisational initiatives
All courses will also introduce Elephant & Co’s E4 theory. This theory forms the basis of all programs that we teach at Elephant & Co, where we firstly realign your thinking, so that you can lead better. Then we give you the tools and resources to innovate your business, so that it can continue to grow.
These programs can be presented through workshops or 1-on-1 coaching sessions, all accompanied with the learning tools and resources to take back into your work environment. With ongoing access and support from Elephant & Co’s coaches and business professionals, we will continue to guide you on achieving your business and personal goals.
Our programs are not here to offer you or your business a quick fix. We coach and develop the business professionals in our courses to ensure that they have the right tools and knowledge to apply across any situation that may arose in the future, and be able to go about addressing it in the right way.
